If I don't answer my phone, please leave a message on my voicemail and I will call you back as soon as possible. You can find the opening hours under 'contact'.

If you cancel in time with a valid reason, we will reschedule the appointment free of charge. If you cancel late (less than 2 hours in advance) or do not show up without cancellation, we are forced to charge for the consultation. Are you in danger of being late or are you stuck in a traffic jam? Please call the therapist on duty or send a text message or email and we will look for a solution together.

Payment is preferably made via cash or payconiq at the end of each consultation. In case of technical problems or long-term treatments, there is also an option to pay by bank transfer, but this must first be discussed with the therapist. There is no bancontact device available to pay with the bank card.

A session lasts on average about 45 minutes. If you are a little early or if the previous session runs a little longer, you can wait in the waiting room or take your dog for a tour of the indoor parking lot. There are bags outside and a trash can for when your dog has done his/her business in the parking lot. Please clean this up as well.

If you use the underwater treadmill, it is best to bring your own towel. We will often put the dog in the water from the first session, so be sure to take this into account from the start. It also helps to take something with you to motivate or distract the dog. This could be dog treats or some fresh chicken or a favorite toy. You know your dog best and often know what will work best. Please also make sure that your dog is not too dirty before going on the underwater treadmill. If your dog is full of mud or dirt, the water will become dirty much faster and this will be less pleasant for the customers afterwards. Even if your dog is shedding, please brush him/her at home. Too much hair in the water can clog the filter and damage the machine.

The cost of treatment is 60 euros. After every 5 turns you get a discount of 5 euros. We ask for payment at the end of each session.
