Hydro-Fysio is supporting the start-up of the new organization DIERBAAR Mechelen.
At DIERBAAR we are primarily committed to supporting vulnerable families and individuals in caring for their pets. The friendship and love you get from a pet is indescribable and everyone should have the right to take good care of their pet(s). Unfortunately, we notice that the costs are often very high and that not everyone is able to bear these costs. That is why we at DIERBAAR hope to be a helping hand to reduce the material and financial worries surrounding pets for those who need it.
Would you like to support this beautiful project and help us on our way? This can be done in several ways:

3. Help us collect second-hand pet supplies (in decent quality) for our first flea market on Saturday, March 29!
Tanzania Fundraising Campaign October 2024
Just like last year, Hydro-Fysio also helped a dog shelter abroad this year. This year my travel adventure brought me to Tanzania. Since dog supplies are hard to come by there, we collected supplies together with many customers that I could take with me. A full bag of 23 kilograms went on the plane filled with harnesses, leashes, kitten milk powder, sweets, toys, grooming supplies, dog shampoo, food bowls and much more.
On site I also gave a short practical lesson to the staff and volunteers of the shelter on basic physiotherapy for paralyzed dogs. This way they can help the many dogs with disabilities as best as possible.
In advance to everyone who helped and/or donated money or stuff! Without you I wouldn't be able to do this!
The clinic is growing!

Since last year we have welcomed our new colleague, Laura Diricx, to our clinic. Like myself, Laura was trained as a human physiotherapist, but subsequently specialized further in animal physiotherapy. From now on she will work at Hydro-Fysio on Tuesdays and Friday evenings. Together we can help even more four-legged patients.
Fundraising campaign Indonesia March 2023!
Hydro-Fysio is committed to helping animals in need worldwide. In March 2023, we were able to donate two large suitcases full of dog supplies to a dog shelter in Lombok, Indonesia. Thanks to the generous donations from our customers at Hydor-Fysio and the animal shelter in Mechelen, we were able to provide @lombokdogs with food bowls, medication, care materials, leashes, toys, and much more.
